Belfry has three floors and you can go up with elevator from the first floor.Top of it has a very beautiful view of Ghent.On the second floor there was a TV show which explains how the bells are made.

The Belfry is included in City Card Gent (so are all the main attractions, museums, a boat trip and use of De Lijn bus & tram) It's a good deal. Available here and at Visit Gent, hotels & De Lijn
