For a very fair price, the backstage tours are well worth it for anyone with an interest in theatre. Very extensive and last just over an hour. Worth booking beforehand. Members discount available.

Bridgefoot car park is only £2 for the whole evening if you park after 4pm. Always loads of spaces and only a short walk to theatre. You do need change to pay.

Great theatre and good theatre shop, although the foyer spaces are cramped and clogged after the architects completely failed to understand how people might need to move around the building.

This is a very nice theatre to see a Shakespeare play. Only tip: They might make you wait for a play lull to go back in if you leave the theatre room, so plan accordingly.
